What You'll Do:
✅ Manage transactions from contract to close
✅ Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and internal teams
✅ Use CRM GoHighLevel
✅ Keep everything organized, compliant, and on track
✅ Proactively solve issues before they become delays
Who You Are:
✅ Tech-savvy & organized
✅ Confident communicator (phone, email, text)
✅ Real estate experience (1+ year preferred – wholesaling is a BIG plus)
✅ Thrive under pressure & love using systems and automation
