Forbright is a nationwide full-service bank focusing on sustainable finance.
This role ensures reliability, availability, and performance of digital banking systems.
Support Engineer collaborates with support and technical teams to drive system efficiency.
Requirements:
High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree preferred
3+ years of experience in engineering, production support, system administration, or related rolesrequired
Strong understanding of SRE principles and practices
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (i.e., New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
Proficiency in scripting languages (i.e., Python, Bash)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (i.e., AWS is preferred)
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (i.e., Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with configuration management tools (i.e., Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
Experience with incident management tools (i.e., PagerDuty, OpsGenie)
Knowledge of database management and tuning (i.e., SQL, NoSQL)
