We’re a boutique AI-powered growth agency working with high-value B2B and luxury-adjacent clients. We’re looking for a senior outbound operator to own and stabilize three live outbound campaigns and drive real results — not just activity.

This is not an entry-level role.

This is for someone who thinks, executes, and owns outcomes.

Who This Role Is For

This role is for you if:

  • You’ve run outbound campaigns end-to-end (email + LinkedIn)
  • You understand deliverability, targeting, sequencing, and copy
  • You move fast, raise blockers early, and don’t need hand-holding
  • You’re comfortable owning performance, not just tasks
  • You can work live during Pacific Time business hours

This role is not for you if:

  • You need step-by-step direction
  • You avoid accountability
  • You prefer async, “check-in-once-a-day” work
  • You are not comfortable speaking directly with prospects when needed

What You’ll Own

You will take ownership of three outbound campaigns across industries such as:

  • Clean energy / solar
  • B2B manufacturing & packaging
  • Private aviation / luxury services

Campaigns are live but under-optimized. One is performing well, one moderately, and one needs significant improvement. You will be stepping in to stabilize, refine, and scale.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own cold email & LinkedIn outreach campaigns end-to-end
  • Diagnose and improve underperforming campaigns
  • Manage targeting, ICP refinement, and list quality
  • Optimize copy, sequencing, and engagement logic
  • Monitor deliverability and inbox health
  • Respond to engaged leads in real time
  • Maintain clean reporting and daily updates
  • Escalate blockers immediately (not at end of day)

Real-Time Lead Response & Phone Outreach (Required)

This role requires real-time ownership of high-value leads.

  • Lead volume is low
  • Stakes are high
  • One lead can represent a $50K–$200K+ deal

You must be willing and able to:

  • Monitor campaigns during Pacific Time business hours
  • Respond promptly to engaged prospects
  • Make occasional phone calls to warm, already-engaged leads

(typically ~6–12 calls per week)

This is not high-volume cold calling

This is not a call-center role

Tools & Experience

You should already be comfortable with tools such as:

  • Cold email platforms (Instantly, Smartlead, etc.)
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Apollo / Clay / list enrichment tools
  • CRM systems
  • Basic analytics and reporting

We care far more about results and judgment than certifications.

Time Commitment & Structure

  • US-based only
  • Pacific Time availability required
  • Part-time to start (approx. 20–25 hrs/week)
  • Long-term opportunity for the right person

This role may expand as performance and client load increase.

Compensation

  • $2,000–$2,500/month, based on ramp speed, execution quality, and performance in the first 30 days
  • Performance-based bonuses available
  • Compensation increases tied directly to results, not tenure

We are willing to pay well for the right operator — but performance is non-negotiable.
