SnapStrat is an established enterprise software startup focused on helping organizations optimize their most important decision processes. They are seeking a Project Manager for the Sephora account to provide project leadership and ensure the highest level of service to Sephora and its brand partners. Responsibilities β’ Lead a variety of projects ensuring stakeholders are updated, schedules are maintained, and changes are processed correctly β’ Manage, track, and prioritize the backlog of functionality to be delivered to Sephora, ensuring user requirements are clearly understood β’ Coordinate across stakeholder groups to ensure all aspects of the plan are aligned with Sephora's sampling strategy β’ Collaborating with the Sephora Sampling Strategy Team and SnapStrat's technology development team, provide project management for the successful delivery of new functionality to the SnapStrat/Sephora application including an up-to-date project plan β’ Ensure timely and accurate deliver of relevant information between Sephora, SnapStrat and its Brand users β’ Prepare for and facilitate weekly progress review meeting between Sephora and SnapStrat β’ Prepare and deliver training for both Sephora and Brand users β’ Provide front-line customer support for both Sephora and Brand users β’ Gather customer feedback from both Sephora and Brand users β’ Serve as a point of contact for requesting additional functionality from both Sephora and its Brand Partners Skills β’ 2+ years' experience project expertise, preferably in a role either in, or requiring, direct interaction with enterprise customers β’ Demonstrated ability to facilitate all areas of the PM Lifecyle: Scope/Planning/Execution β’ Advanced skills with project management tools and/or frameworks β’ Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Power Point, Excel, and Word β’ Experience in developing and tracking project plans β’ Experience preparing for and leading planning sessions with multiple stakeholders β’ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal β’ Exceptional time-management and organizational skills: detail-oriented β’ Strong time management skills: ability to juggle priorities β’ Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach β’ Personable and flexible with demands and changes in business β’ Passion for both SnapStrat and Sephora, our businesses, and goals β’ Able to work in ambiguity and a work in a changing environment β’ A college degree or equivalent experience β’ Experience with Jira, Zendesk, and any project management tools β’ Customer support β’ Business requirements definition β’ Experience in the beauty and/or technology industries Benefits β’ Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) β’ Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) β’ Work From Home Company Overview β’ SW Platform for customer-centered strategic decisions It was founded in 2016, and is headquartered in Oakland, California, USA, with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
