About the position
- Responsibilities
- Oversee transaction management service delivery for client including lease renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions.
- Advise client on commercial market rent changes and real estate market insights to optimize their operating budget.
- Perform transactions for client such as renewing leases and negotiating rent changes.
- Ensure necessary reporting and business case approval for lease execution.
- Liaise with lease data management team to provide lease contract and information related to lease terms.
- Act as the main contact for landlords regarding notices and access for repairs, ensuring compliance with lease conditions.
- Ensure cost-effective operational running of properties and adherence to lease terms.
- Track and report all data required for performance reporting and actively participate in portfolio planning process.
- Identify and drive cost savings for the client.
- Lead effective client relationship management for stakeholders in assigned geography.
- Requirements
- 5+ years of portfolio management experience, preferably in the finance sector.
- Experience with a similar type of portfolio, preferably in the finance sector.
- Up-to-date knowledge of legislation regarding property management in key USA states (NY, California).
- Demonstrable technical competence in property management.
- Basic IT skills (word-processing and spreadsheets).
- Experience in property management, preferably with an international firm.
- Nice-to-haves
- Degree level estate management qualification or equivalent desired.
