Position Summary
We are seeking a Lemon Law Paralegal with experience supporting arbitration and litigation cases. You will assist attorneys in case preparation, drafting pleadings, organizing evidence, and managing client communications. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented legal professionals with a strong understanding of consumer protection law.
- Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in Lemon Law arbitration and litigation cases.
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and arbitration submissions.
- Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and evidence.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
- Track deadlines and case milestones in CRM / legal case management software.
- Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a paralegal in Lemon Law, consumer protection, or civil litigation.
- Experience with arbitration and/or litigation processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with CRM or case management software (HubSpot, FileVine, etc.).
- Bonus: Experience with Florida Lemon Law cases.
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training preferred.
