Resolve client inquiries and complaints
provide appropriate solutions for customers
Look for opportunities to cross-sell

Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
Must have P&C license
Allstate experience is preferred
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
