As a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, vendors, and visitors. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming and outgoing couriers, processing return samples, and supporting our Customer Service and Operations teams. - *Responsibilities**
As a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients, vendors, and visitors, and directing incoming calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing couriers, and processing return samples in a timely manner
- Entering samples into our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Providing additional support to our Customer Service team
- Collaborating with our Operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- *Schedule**
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Local candidates are encouraged to apply.
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service Representative
- Excellent professional, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- SAP or other CRM database experience is a plus
- A clean driving record to assist with courier duties, when needed
- *Additional Requirements**
This position works with companies that deal with defense-related activities and is subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations). All accepted applicants must be U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR:

- U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. "Green Card Holder")
