- *Your Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
- Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
- Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Interacting with customers daily, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and maintain high standards for store appearance
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
- *What We're Looking For**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a passion for promoting products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience a plus
- *Physical Requirements**
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
