- *Job Summary**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in accurately and efficiently entering Network Health Care Provider's data information into the arenaflex database in a timely manner. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet daily production expectations will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
- *Primary Responsibilities**
- Enter Network Provider applications and reapplications in a timely manner with 100% accuracy
- Run and manage monthly audit reports and bring appropriate files to resolution
- Complete data entry requests concerning credentialing information
- Take initiative to research issues and obtain additional information on data entry requests when necessary
- Respond to Network Provider inquiries telephonically regarding their data updates and requests for information
- Perform extra projects/tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- *Key Skills and Qualifications**
- High School diploma required
- Data entry experience a plus
- Aptitude to learn new systems quickly
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet daily production expectations
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Stable work history required
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of data entry experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with database management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience working in a healthcare or insurance-related industry
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) or similar systems
- Certification in data entry or a related field
