- *Job Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment
- Communicating with customers to resolve issues and answer questions
- Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- *Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
