As a Customer Service & Solutions Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary objectives will be to:
- **Customer Service** + Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.+ Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.+ Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and promote new offerings.
- **Solutions-Oriented Support** + Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.+ Manage collections calls for past-due accounts, offering empathetic and professional solutions while reducing delinquencies.
- **Record-Keeping & Collaboration** + Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our computerized system.+ Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.+ Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- *Skills & Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
