JAK Travel Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Planning Specialist to assist clients with researching, planning, and coordinating travel arrangements. This remote role focuses on customer support, organization, and providing a positive travel planning experience. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others, are comfortable working online, and can follow established processes. Training and ongoing support are provided.
- Responsibilities
- Assist clients with researching and planning travel arrangements such as lodging, transportation, and activities
- Respond to client questions via email, phone, or online platforms in a professional and timely manner
- Provide general travel information and support throughout the planning process
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Follow company procedures and supplier guidelines
- Participate in required training and team communications
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
- Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace
- Willingness to complete required training
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 ā 30 per week
