  • *Job Description**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships with our customers. Your primary focus will be on managing shipping and receiving, processing billing and invoicing, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll work closely with our General Manager, Supervisors, and internal team members to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage shipping and receiving within our system in partnership with General Manager and Supervisors
  • Process billing and invoicing with tight turnaround times and attention to detail
  • Resolve any issues with billing, invoicing, shipping, and/or receiving with customers and internal management
  • Provide daily effective communication (email, phone, or in-person) with customers and internal team members and management
  • Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes
  • Follow arenaflex corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and assist in enforcing them when necessary
  • Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate

  • $20.50 per hour
  • *Requirements:**
  • High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education; Bachelor's degree in business or similar discipline preferred
  • 3 years verifiable customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding computer and data entry skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • *Skills and Competencies:**

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
