- Follow all CDC and client guidelines and mandates while working with customers, prioritizing safety and confidentiality
- Accurately complete, send, and file product and service order forms in accordance with arenaflex's privacy and confidentiality guidelines
- Evaluate current onboarding and training procedures to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer relationship
- Provide fast, friendly service to customers, assessing their needs and providing immediate assistance
