- *Job Description**
As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager in Missouri City, TX, you'll be responsible for:
- Working independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
- Assessing customer storage needs and making suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
- Conducting daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
- Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
- Helping customers stay current with payments and making reminder and collection calls when required
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris
- *Physical Requirements**
- Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Ability to perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris
- *Qualifications**
- Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service-centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business (mileage reimbursement available)
