They are seeking an Event Specialist to support the execution of their flagship events, focusing on registration, attendee communications, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless attendee experience. Responsibilities Own registration operations, including platform management, attendee tracking, and data accuracy Develop and execute attendee communication plans (pre-event, on-site, and post-event), ensuring timely, clear, and consistent messaging Partner cross-functionally to align messaging and attendee experience Support end-to-end event execution, including planning, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting Maintain and manage registration lists, segmentation, and reporting insights Assist with budget tracking, invoice routing, and reconciliation for event-related expenses Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth on-site operations Contribute to run-of-show planning, timelines, and execution documents Support additional event projects as needed Skills Strong experience in event registration management and attendee communications Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and event needs Company Overview Roblox is an online gaming and entertainment platform that offers a shared digital experience that brings people together through play.
