- *Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive sales success
- *Key Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
- Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Flexibility to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of training Tuesday – Saturday from 10AM – 6:30PM CST
