About the Role:

Weโ€™re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cold Email & SMS Marketing Expert who can architect, launch, and optimize high-volume outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience sending over 1 million cold emails per day, managing deliverability at scale, and implementing SMS campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, and conversions.

This is a remote, performance-based role with the opportunity to scale and lead future outbound operations.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage cold email systems capable of delivering up to 1 million+ emails/day across multiple domains and IPs
  • Set up domain/IP rotation, warm-up strategies, and inbox placement monitoring tools
  • Develop and test cold email copy that gets opens, replies, and conversions
  • Scrape, clean, verify, and segment lead lists for maximum engagement
  • Manage SMS campaigns via platforms like Twilio, Postscript, SMS-iT, etc.
  • Monitor performance analytics (open rates, click rates, bounce, spam, conversions) and iterate
  • Stay compliant with spam laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR) while maximizing outreach
    Required Experience:
  • Proven history managing 1M+ cold email sends/day
  • Mastery of tools like: Instally.ai, Mailgun, Gmass, Lemlist, Sendgrid, Amazon SES, Woodpecker
  • Deep understanding of email deliverability, domain warm-up, and spam avoidance
  • Experience with SMS campaigns via Twilio, SlickText, Postscript, or similar
  • Expert-level cold copywriting skills
  • Data-driven mindset and A/B testing experience
  • Knowledge of lead scraping tools and verification platforms (Apollo, Clay, Hunter, NeverBounce, etc.)
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Past experience with SaaS, agency, or B2B lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRMs and automation platforms (GoHighLevel, Zapier, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
    Compensation:
  • Competitive base + performance bonuses
  • Option for monthly retainer or percentage-based pay
  • Long-term potential to lead outbound team or be retained for multiple projects

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $5.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 โ€“ 30 per week
