We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency looking for a Klaviyo expert to help us plan, build, and execute high-performing email and SMS campaigns for our ecommerce clients. This role is both strategic and hands-on and requires someone with a proven track record of driving results through Klaviyo automations and campaign management.

You will work closely with our internal strategist and design team (we supply all creative assets) and manage day-to-day Klaviyo execution across at least 3 Shopify-based clients.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize automated Klaviyo flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Winback, Post-Purchase, etc.)

Set up and manage email and SMS campaigns (including A/B tests and segmentation)

Create and implement advanced segmentation logic using behavioral data and predictive analytics

Manage SMS strategy, including quiet hours, deliverability, compliance, and two-way messaging

Set up dynamic product blocks and personalized content in emails and SMS

Collaborate with internal strategist and designer (designs delivered via Figma)

Maintain clean and scalable Klaviyo architecture across accounts

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo (email + SMS)

Strong understanding of ecommerce lifecycle marketing (Shopify-focused)

Experience with custom flows, segmentation, SMS compliance (TCPA, CTIA), and predictive tools in Klaviyo

Familiar with SMS deliverability and two-way messaging best practices

Fluent in managing Klaviyo product blocks, dynamic content, and flow logic

Comfortable working with Figma assets provided by our team

Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, Recharge, Postscript, Gorgias

Job Details

Type: Part-time (10–12 hours/week)

Duration: Ongoing monthly engagement

Timezone: U.S. required

Preferred Qualifications

Klaviyo Certification (preferred, not required)

Prior agency experience or managing multiple accounts

Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing flows based on performance
