Job Overview
In this hybrid-remote position, you will work from our state-of-the-art facility at 1010 Pine Street, Saint Louis, MO 63101, 3-4 days a week, and remotely from home 1-2 days a week. You will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Explain bills and product features clearly, troubleshooting basic problems and seeking higher support when needed.
- Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues, and provide expert guidance on our products and services.
- Work a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime, to ensure seamless customer support.
- Participate in paid training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest technology, devices, and products.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, with a milestone bonus of $1,000. Our Premier Service Consultants earn between $16.16 - $19.47 hourly and up to $3000/monthly in additional commission if all sales goals are met. You will also be eligible for a range of perks and benefits, including:

WFH Requirements:
To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high speed) to support business needs.
- An established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection).
- arenaflex will provide all the equipment you need to get started, including a keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, etc.
- Your workspace will need to be in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.).
- You will participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.).
