THE ROLE Dallas is a key growth market for SalesFirst, and we're hiring a Recruiter to help expand our presence in North Texas. You'll start in a half-desk recruiting role, focused on sourcing, engaging, and advising sales professionals. As you ramp, the role expands into full-desk recruiting, where you'll run searches, manage client relationships, and own the hiring process from first interview through offer. This is a structured, feedback-driven, and performance-oriented environment with clear expectations and room to grow.
