Position Overview: We are seeking motivated licensed Real Estate Agents to join one of these dynamic teams. As a Zillow Flex partner, these teams receive a substantial number of live tour requests and leads directly from Zillow, offering their agents unparalleled opportunities to excel in the competitive Atlanta real estate market.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Respond promptly to Zillow Flex leads, schedule showings, and provide exceptional service to prospective buyers.
- Transaction Management: Guide clients through the buying process, from property tours to closing, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to offer clients informed advice.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with support staff, including transaction coordinators and marketing professionals, to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales.
- Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active Florida Real Estate License is mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience with Zillow Flex leads is advantageous but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
