Your Responsibilities
✅ Edit YouTube videos (10–20 min) with smooth pacing, engaging storytelling, and professional polish
✅ Add captions, graphics, and background music where needed
✅ Maintain consistency in style and branding across episodes
✅ Collaborate with the founder to bring the creative vision to life
✅ Continuously improve edits based on feedback and performance data
What We’re Looking For
✔️ YouTube Editing Expertise – You’ve edited content for other YouTube channels and understand what keeps audiences watching
✔️ Storytelling Skills – You know how to structure raw footage into a clear, engaging narrative
✔️ Business/E-Commerce Awareness – Experience with DTC or business-related content is a plus
✔️ Creativity – Strong sense of pacing, visuals, and editing flow
✔️ Reliable & Independent – You deliver on time without constant supervision
✔️ Attention to Detail – From color grading to audio balance, your edits feel professional
Contract Details
- Contractor position (not an employee role)
- Payment per video or per hour (to be agreed upon)
- Videos: 10–20 minutes in length
- Flexible schedule, but consistent delivery expected
- Fully remote
