Job Description
I am seeking a high-level YouTube Packaging Strategist to take full ownership of titles and thumbnails for a high-authority channel in the financial/utility space.
You will transform video topics or transcripts into high-CTR, high-AVD "hooks" that maintain strict ethical standards for a vulnerable audience.
Scope: 1–3 Title options and 1–3 Thumbnail variations per video.
Volume: 5–20 videos per week. This fluctuates based on news cycles, your speed, and the quality of output.
Ethics: No clickbait. We operate in a YMYL (Your Money or Your Life) space where trust is our primary currency.
Requirements
Psychology-First: You understand how to bridge the gap between a transcript and a viewer's urgent needs.
Design & Composition: Expert-level mastery of mobile-first legibility, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
AI Policy: AI tools are permitted but Host photos must never be AI-generated or uploaded to AI tools. (We provide an extensive library of authentic photos).
Speed: Ability to turn around breaking news topics within 24 hours.
