About the position
- Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims from initial report through resolution, ensuring clients receive timely and personalized support.
- Advocate on behalf of injured workers to ensure their claims are processed accurately and promptly.
- Provide face-to-face and virtual consultations to clients and their employees to navigate the claims process.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including medical professionals and legal representatives, to move claims forward.
- Maintain detailed records of claim progress and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Support efforts to retain key clients by delivering exceptional service, especially for those with high-dollar contributions.
- Requirements
- Previous experience in workers' compensation claims management or related fields.
- Strong advocacy skills with the ability to handle sensitive and complex cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
