We have an immediate opening for a Chat Agent (remote) . This full-time, non-exempt position professionally acknowledges and responds to emails on behalf of Better Car People, LLCÂs customers in a timely manner.

Duties:
Â Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages
Â Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses.
Â Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt
Â Identify and report system errors or anomalies
Â Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour
Â ERA above 10% will include coaching and possible termination
Â Operate within multiple software platforms

Education & Skills Required:
Â Knowledge of automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
Â Must have access to high-speed internet
Â High school diploma or GED

Work Schedule (subject to change based on department needs):

Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:0 AM - 9:00 PM) , Thursday (11:0 AM - 9:00 PM) , Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM) , Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM) , and Sunday (OFF).

Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM) , Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM) , Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM) , Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF) , Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM) , and Sunday (OFF). Apply Job!
