We strive to meet every client's unique needs by identifying root causes, developing a customized wellness plan, teaching clients how their body works and how to achieve & maintain a healthy lifestyle, and by taking care of them in a way they've never been cared for before. As an Ann Arbor Holistic Health practitioner, you will work with 1-on-1 clients, from initial consultation through graduation.

Duties & Expectations:
รย Provide concierge/boutique-level customer service and nutritional support for 1:1 clients and prospective clients
รย Review and interpret client health history
รย Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients
รย Review and interpret client test results
รย Lead functional lab review sessions with clients
รย Follow up with prospective clients
รย Maintain client & prospective client record via electronic client records management software
รย Provide customer support for client questions related to nutrition, diet, lifestyle, and supplements
รย Develop client nutritional/lifestyle/supplement/testing/retesting protocols
รย Manage client supplement recommendations in company dispensary accounts
รย Be fully prepared for every session in advance, including conducting any research necessary into a clientรยs conditions/diagnoses or lab results as necessary to provide them with the best experience possible
รย Participate in weekly Practitioner Mastermind meetings
รย Monthly reporting on Key Performance Indicators
รย Participate in administrative meetings as needed, including monthly training meetings
Qualifications & Requirements:
รย Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Naturopath, or other similarly-trained holistic health practitioner certification or degree
รย 5+ years experience coaching clients using FDN or other functional nutrition approaches
รย Extensive experience with functional interpretation of the following lab testing: GI-MAP, DUTCH, BloodChem, HTMA, OAT, Genomics.
รย Advanced knowledge of supplements, and nutritional & supplement protocol strategies
รย High energy, excellent written & verbal communication skills, proactive and self-starter, and highly self-organized
รย Professional liability insurance & Form W-9 (USA) or W-8BEN (International)
รย Advanced computer literacy
รย Quiet & professional workspace with reliable strong WiFi connection
รย Reliable computer, smartphone, and cell phone signal
รย Work may be delivered by Voxer, electronic client management software, Zoom, smartphone, email, VOIP, or other designated systems
