Description:
ΓΒ Customer Engineer for Dynamics CRM We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics CRM Customer Engineer with expertise in Dynamics CRM on-premises, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement online, and the Power Platform.
ΓΒ For Dynamics CRM, there should be a strong focus on performance tuning, customization, troubleshooting and code review.
ΓΒ The ideal candidate will play a key role as a trusted advisor to enterprise level customers and their partners as they design, develop, deploy and optimize Dynamics CRM implementations and migrate and modernize to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online (D365 CE).
Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders at assigned customers
ΓΒ Develop and execute on a service delivery plan, leveraging repeatable services to educate the customer and assess their implementation to proactively ensure best practice execution and success
ΓΒ Work collaboratively with team members to contribute to their success in supporting their customers and leverage their expertise in support of your customers
ΓΒ Deliver technical training and assist with enhancing the quality of training material by providing feedback on needed improvements to existing training and new training content to be developed
ΓΒ Engage in transactional requests to troubleshoot customer issues, provide education, and mitigate technical blockers.
Required Qualifications:
ΓΒ General Fluency in English to include effective communication skills to identify, engage, and interact with key stakeholders
ΓΒ Proficiency in delivering technical training
ΓΒ Consulting and customer facing role experience
ΓΒ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
ΓΒ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
ΓΒ Deep technical acumen combined with a curiosity to continue learning
ΓΒ Excitement for modern engineering tools and practices
ΓΒ Dynamics CRM Enterprise level support and administration focused specifically with: CRM infrastructure installation and configuration CRM deployment configuration CRM customization and configuration (Data model, forms, views, JavaScript, C# .NET, plugins, workflows) CRM integration CRM performance and tuning optimization
ΓΒ Dynamics CRM Cloud Migration Knowledge in CRM 2015+ build versions and upgrade experience
ΓΒ Architectural experience for Dynamics CRM on-premises
ΓΒ Need a strong understanding of business application performance tuning which includes an understanding of SQL, IIS (Internet Information Services), Networking, and client-side troubleshooting.
ΓΒ Environment health assessment experience
ΓΒ Data recovery planning Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform Up to date product knowledge in Dynamics 365 for Sales and familiarity with the other modules
ΓΒ Dynamics 365 Customer Service Dynamics 365 Field Service Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys Up to date knowledge on the foundational technologies for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform Dataverse Power Apps Power Automate Power Platform admin center
ΓΒ Administration experience Customization and Integration experience
ΓΒ Application Lifecycle Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
ΓΒ Fluency in French and/or Spanish
ΓΒ Experience authoring technical training for Dynamics 365
ΓΒ Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform
ΓΒ Power Platform governance and center of excellence experience
ΓΒ Advanced Microsoft certifications
ΓΒ Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
ΓΒ Data Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations
Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is $91,457- $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
