Our Denver, CO office is looking for a Client Service Associate or Manager to serve as the liaison between the client and the Financial Advisor (FA). You will work with all aspects of the client experience, including financial paperwork and financial account review preparation. (This role has hybrid & remote work opportunity. Remote schedule would be after a training period for Denver, CO local candidates only.)
The salary target range for this role is $50,000 -$75,000 depending on experience.
We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions
รย Support Senior Vice President and their clients by leading and implementing the client service model.
รย Facilitate new account set up at the custodial and broker dealer level; follow up on fund transfers
รย Responds to and resolve client requests; complete necessary financial paperwork to execute client recommendations, change beneficiaries, establish trusts, etc.
รย Ensures accurate completion of prospect / new client paperwork/set up
รย Maintains (CRM) database and client files (Filing, copies, data input)
รย Research and follow up on any issues with the Broker/Dealer, WEG Operations, and vendors
รย Record incoming assets to the appropriate blotting tool
รย Learn Company product suitability guidelines, financial operational processes, and financial sales processes
รย Support client service functions for all teams as requested.
Education/Qualifications
รย 4-year degree preferred
รย 5+ years of customer service /administrative experience within Wealth Management/Investments industry is needed
รย Financial administration experience is a plus
รย Strong interpersonal skills required to develop team and client relationships
รย Professional presence and communication skills
รย Strong attention to detail and process
รย Good problem-solving skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize work
รย Proficient with Microsoft Office
รย Salesforce experience a plus
รย E-Money experience is a plus
