Responsibilities
รย Lead the call center team during weekend shifts to ensure effective patient support.

รย Manage incoming calls and assist patients with appointment scheduling and care management.

รย Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving support to strengthen patient-clinician relationships.

รย Facilitate communication and coordination among interdisciplinary care teams.

รย Ensure clear verbal and written communication to improve patient access and understanding.
Requirements
รย Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a call center environment.

รย Experience with scheduling and managing high call volumes (70+ calls per day).

รย Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and EPIC or similar technology.

รย Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

รย High School diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
รย Experience working in a Pediatric Department.
