Job Description
We are building out the website for a performance-based Pilates studio and are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to help structure and fully set up the site.
This is not a heavy branding or creative design project — the primary focus is:
Structuring the website properly
Creating and organizing all pages
Setting up layout and navigation
Making the site fully functional
Ensuring all links, buttons, and widgets work properly
We will provide the content (copy, descriptions, images, branding direction). You may lightly format or refine content where needed, but the main responsibility is technical setup, clean layout, and functionality.
Platform & Tools:
WordPress (already installed)
Booking integration via MindBody widgets
Marketing platform: Attentive (for email/SMS capture integration)
Event links (external Eventbrite links)
Scope of Work:
You will:
Create and structure the following pages:
Home
About
Classes & Workouts (informational)
Private Sessions (with booking widget)
Group Classes (with booking widget)
Events (with external RSVP links)
Community (post-event write-ups + images)
Shop (simple product layout for grip socks & beanies)
Pricing (optional but preferred)
Set up navigation and menu structure
Add and embed MindBody booking widgets
Ensure mobile responsiveness
Ensure all CTAs, buttons, and links function properly
Connect email capture forms to Attentive
Optimize page structure for a clean, professional boutique studio feel
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience with WordPress
Experience embedding booking/scheduling widgets
Clean layout instincts (modern, minimal, boutique fitness aesthetic)
Attention to detail with functionality
Ability to structure a site logically and professionally
Bonus if you’ve worked with fitness or wellness brands
