Description:
As a Whole Foods In-Store Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of groceries from Whole Foods stores to our customers. You will work closely with Whole Foods team members to fulfill online orders, prepare them for delivery, and load them into delivery vehicles.
Responsibilities:
– Pick and pack orders while ensuring accuracy
– Load orders into delivery vehicles
– Deliver groceries to customer locations within the allotted time frame
– Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines
– Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
– Must be 18 years or older
– Valid drivers license
– Ability to lift heavy items
– Excellent customer service skills
– Strong time management skills
– Knowledge or willingness to learn about natural and organic foods and products
Educational Qualification:
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience:
– Previous experience in a delivery role is preferred but not mandatory.
