We've been banned on Walmart and need to remove inventory. We’re running into a persistent bug in Walmart Seller Center when trying to create removal orders.
The system throws this JavaScript error:
"Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'payload')"
We need someone with proven Walmart Seller Center / WFS experience who can:
- Navigate Seller Center and create removal orders successfully (even if it requires bulk upload templates).
- Open support tickets with Walmart Seller Support when the UI breaks.
- Follow up with support until the removals are completed.
- Communicate clearly about progress.
- We’re not looking for documentation or SOPs — we just need someone who already knows this system and can get the removals processed quickly.
Requirements:
- Direct experience with Walmart Seller Center (preferably WFS).
- Ability to troubleshoot Seller Center glitches and work with Seller Support.
- Strong communication and follow-through.
Deliverable:
- Removal orders successfully processed.
Budget/Duration:
Hourly or fixed price. Quick project but could lead to ongoing support for account maintenance.
