Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Sales Representative to join our team at The Home Depot. As a Virtual Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our professional customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve assigned sales plans and gross margin targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with professional customers and channel partners
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Operations, and Credit Services
- Utilize product and services expertise to drive sales growth and increase market share
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- 1+ year of experience in retail sales, inside sales, or a related field
- Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
