As a Virtual Math Tutor, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' lives, working flexibly from the comfort of your own home.
About the Role:
- Tutor students in grades 6-8 in math, focusing on upper elementary and early middle school content
- Conduct virtual tutoring sessions in a 1:1 to 1:3 setting, using our provided curriculum and online platform
- Build strong relationships with students, supporting their academic growth and confidence
- Set your own schedule, with flexibility to choose your availability and subjects
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with school-age learners
- Consistent calendar availability to support a session series
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with online virtual tools and technology
- Desktop or laptop with Chrome browser, video camera, and reliable internet connection
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but college students with 1+ year of experience are welcome to apply
