We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Lead Performance & Outreach Coordinator to support a high-volume inbound lead environment. This role focuses on monitoring lead activity, ensuring follow-up standards are met, and executing structured outbound text communication as part of ongoing outreach and accountability efforts. This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys process, organization, and consistent follow-through. Key Responsibilities β’ Monitor inbound lead activity and ensure accurate status updates β’ Review call recordings and activity logs for quality and compliance β’ Track response times and follow-up timelines β’ Execute outbound text message campaigns using approved scripts β’ Send follow-up and reminder texts to support lead engagement β’ Flag overdue or missing follow-up for escalation β’ Prepare and deliver weekly activity and performance reports β’ Maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking systems β’ Communicate professionally with agents regarding expectations and next steps Outbound Texting Expectations β’ Use company-approved scripts and templates β’ Follow timing, compliance, and tone guidelines β’ Maintain accurate documentation of outreach β’ Escalate responses or issues to leadership as needed β’ No cold calling or selling required What This Role Is (and Is Not) This role IS: β’ Process-driven and detail-focused β’ Structured and accountability-oriented β’ Supportive of agents and leadership β’ Consistent and repeatable in execution This role is NOT: β’ A sales role β’ A recruiting position β’ A commission-based role β’ A customer service call center Required Qualifications β’ Strong organizational and time-management skills β’ Comfortable reviewing call recordings and performance data β’ Confident, professional written communication (text and email) β’ Ability to follow scripts and processes consistently β’ Experience working independently in a remote environment β’ Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online tools β’ Reliable internet and quiet work environment Preferred Experience β’ Real estate, mortgage, insurance, or lead-based business experience β’ CRM, call tracking, or performance monitoring experience β’ Experience with outbound texting or follow-up campaigns β’ Operations, admin, or support background Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Education: β’ Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
