Responsibilities ā¢ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat. ā¢ Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and account details. ā¢ Assist clients with tracking, troubleshooting, and general support requests. ā¢ Escalate more complex issues to supervisors or the appropriate department. ā¢ Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company system. ā¢ Ensure a professional, friendly, and helpful tone in all communications. ā¢ Participate in training sessions to stay up to date with tools and procedures. Qualifications ā¢ Prior experience in chat-based or online customer service preferred. ā¢ Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling. ā¢ Fast and accurate typing ability. ā¢ Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously. ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset. ā¢ Tech-savvy and comfortable working with chat platforms and CRM systems. ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent required.
