Cold Caller Needed – Real Estate Foreclosure Leads

I'm looking for a Cold Caller to help contact homeowners who are in foreclosure or pre-foreclosure. Your job is to make calls, have real conversations, qualify leads, and pass the good ones to my acquisitions team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Make 200+ outbound calls per day using our dialer (we’ll provide the list + script).
Talk to property owners facing foreclosure and identify motivation to sell.
Ask qualifying questions about the property and situation.
Tag and update leads in our CRM with notes and call outcomes.
Book follow-up calls or set appointments for our closers.
✅ You Should Be:
Confident, clear, and professional on the phone.
Experienced with cold calling (real estate or foreclosure calling is a big plus).
Fluent in English (no heavy accent).
Comfortable using CRMs and dialer tools.
Resilient – not everyone is going to be nice, and that’s okay.
Hungry – this is performance-based work.
Pay Structure:
Hourly rate: Based on experience.
Bonus: Paid for each qualified lead AND additional bonus if that lead closes.
Raises: Performance-based – prove yourself and grow with us.
