Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our construction projects as a Project Coordinator / Procurement VA. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in procurement and basic knowledge of the construction industry who can work independently and communicate effectively with our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating construction project tasks and timelines
  • Support procurement activities, including sourcing materials and tracking purchase orders
  • Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and internal team members
  • Monitor deliveries and follow up on outstanding orders
  • Maintain organized project and procurement records
  • Provide regular updates on project and procurement status

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of procurement processes
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Project Coordinator and/or Procurement VA
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Experience working with international clients
  • Familiarity with project management or procurement tools
