Job Description
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented video editor to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for editing short, eye-catching videos that showcase real estate listings in a modern and engaging way.
- What You’ll Do:
- Edit 2 to 6 videos daily, typically 1–2 minute vertical reels for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Work with footage that often includes our clients speaking on camera. You must clean up the audio and add subtitles for clarity and accessibility.
- We use speed ramping techniques to highlight entire properties in under 60 seconds—this is a key part of our style.
- Apply professional color grading to ensure every video looks polished and consistent.
- What We’re Looking For:
- Strong editing skills with good pacing, style, and storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media trends and formats.
- Experience with audio cleanup, subtitles, speed ramping, and color grading.
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.

- Keeping up with our project management software and process by following our internal processes closely.
- Re-editing videos daily upon request.
