Job Description
Video Editing for Final Production (YouTube Real Estate Channel)
Hey, I’m Tony — I run a growing real estate and media brand based in Wisconsin, and I’m looking for a reliable video editor to help polish my YouTube videos before they go live.
Let me be clear: I’m shooting the content, organizing the clips, and doing the main editing (cuts, B-roll, transitions, etc). What I need is someone who can take my rough cut and tighten it up — fix audio levels, add polish, clean up pacing, make sure everything looks/sounds crisp, and help me get the video over the finish line.
Currently use
CapCut - post production
Epidemic sound - music and sound effects
Canva- assets
G drive for film shot and scripts when needed
My Equipment Setup:
- Camera: Sony ZV-E10 and gimbal 4 mini pro
- Lenses:
- Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary
- Sony E 11mm f/1.8 Ultra-Wide-Angle
- Sigma 30mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary
- Gimbal Camera: DJI Osmo Pocket 3
- Microphone: Rode Wireless GO II
- Audio Accessories: Lavalier mic attachment for Rode Wireless GO II
- Editing Software: Final Cut Pro
- Additional Tools: ND filters for Osmo Pocket 3 (ND16PL, ND32PL, NDAPL)
This is not editing from scratch. You’ll be finalizing and refining the project, making it YouTube-ready.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
- Someone who understands YouTube pacing (especially real estate / storytelling / lifestyle content)
- Can clean up and match audio (basic balancing, EQ, denoise, etc.)
- Makes things look a little more pro without over-editing
- Understands how to keep things clean, branded, and on-tone with my content
- Quick turnaround (once or twice a month to start, maybe more)
Let me know what tools you use, send a couple samples of real estate or similar work, and tell me how you’d approach this kind of final edit.
Looking forward to working with someone who gets it.
