Role Description
- This is a full time remote role for a Vice President of Customer Operations, who will:
- Implement new strategic initiatives by ensuring teams carry out and follow through on process timelines
- Optimize existing operations and hold teams accountable for delivering strong results
- Actively work in teams filling in the gaps and helping drive projects to completion
- Helping the CEO recruit and onboard new team members
- Strategizing on sales and marketing and implementing new tactics
- Assisting in content production, quality control and new ideas
- Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of experience in operations, sales, or other roles which overlapped with operations
- Demonstrated ability to stay with organizations for two to three+ years and receive promotions
- Strong work ethic, great attitude, and analytical
- Bachelor's degree from a highly reputable college.

- $80k - $100k
