Job Description
We are looking for an experienced U.S. trademark attorney or USPTO filing specialist to handle the full filing process for two trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
We understand the process and need a professional to execute it correctly, reduce risk of rejection, and handle any Office Actions if they arise.

We need guidance on:
Whether each mark should be filed as a Standard Character mark and/or Special Form (logo/design) mark
Proper class selection and ID Manual descriptions
Filing basis (Use-in-Commerce vs. Intent-to-Use)
Scope of Work:
Conduct professional clearance search
Provide brief risk assessment
Prepare and file two USPTO federal trademark applications
Ensure correct goods/services descriptions and class selection
Upload specimens if applicable
Respond to routine USPTO Office Actions (if included in proposal)
Requirements:
Must have significant experience filing with the USPTO
U.S.-licensed attorney preferred (but experienced USPTO specialist acceptable)
Clear communication and transparent pricing

Your fixed fee per mark (including number of classes)
What is included (Office Action responses? Specimen review? Etc.)
