I own an Indian-based Remote Tech Support company looking to expand operations into the USA. I am seeking a US-based freelancer to handle the ground-level administration and marketing setup.
Your Tasks:
Incorporate our business (LLC).
Open a Business Bank Account (You must be a signatory on the account).
Set up Payment Gateways: Stripe and PayPal Merchant Account.
Account Verifications: Get our profiles verified on Thumbtack and Bark.com.
Ad Platforms: Set up and verify Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager accounts.
Local Presence: Set up a Google Business Profile.
Requirements:
You must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (required for banking compliance).
Reliable internet connection for video calls (Zoom/Google Meet) to share screens during setup.
Understanding of US business compliance.
Budget & Payment:
I prefer a Fixed Price for the initial setup phase. However, if you are interested in a long-term role managing these accounts (posting on Thumbtack, managing ad spend), I am open to a Monthly Retainer or Commission on the leads generated.
