KNOWLEDGE / BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE:
รย You are a High School graduate
รย Preferably, you have basic knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts
รย Preferably, you have experience providing support in a call center environment and are comfortable using chat if necessary

Operating Hours
รย Operating Hours: 8am to midnight EST ; Monday to Sunday
รย Required Minimum Hours: 30 hours per week
รย Peak Period:
รย April 9th , 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th: 8am-midnight EST/EDT
รย April 15, 2025: 8am-3am EST/EDT
รย $5 Turbo Bonus Boost per hour.
รย Applicable to all hours worked from April 9th to 15th.
รย Service Providers (SPs) must meet the required minimum of 30 hours per week.
รย Schedule yourself and work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, 15th
รย These times may be revised periodically based on business needs

You must work a minimum of 30 hours each week on all schedules
Mandatory Requirements
รย Must reside in the USA
รย Must have passed background check and pass tech check in order to attend certification.
รย Must be on camera during certification.

รย Windows Computer (Mac and Chromebooks are not permitted)
