- Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and families to promote membership sales and appointments.
- Ensure daily operations follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide excellent customer service to foster a superior client experience.
- Participate in outreach events and share the academy's mission on social media.
- Assist in setting appointments and managing client relationships.
- Requirements
- Some college education or college degree preferred.
- 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with diverse age demographics.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Nice-to-haves
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially Excel.
- Basic skills in photo and video editing using Canva or similar tools.
