I am seeking an experienced legal writer or employment law specialist to assist with drafting a professional unemployment appeal letter.
This case involves an appeal related to separation from employment due to health and safety concerns. The employer alleges that I did not provide a two-week notice; however, at the time of separation, I was experiencing medical symptoms and did not feel safe continuing to work.
