About the position We are seeking a UI/Front End Developer with expertise in Angular (or React) to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. This role is hybrid, based in downtown Nashville, and is part of a significant digital transformation initiative aimed at overhauling our royalties and song administration systems, transitioning to AWS. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing new features and functionalities as part of this 5-year project. Responsibilities β’ Develop and maintain web applications using Angular 2+ (or React) with a strong focus on API integration. β’ Create pixel-perfect web interfaces based on provided design mockups. β’ Translate high-level requirements into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes under tight timelines. β’ Collaborate effectively with team members, Product Managers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams. β’ Refine requirements and develop functional software using standardized coding practices. β’ Understand and apply software development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps. β’ Participate in unit and integration testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables. β’ Maintain strong documentation throughout the development process. Requirements β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Angular 2+ (or React) development. β’ Strong focus on API integration, particularly using TypeScript. β’ Proficient in HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript. β’ Skilled in creating pixel-perfect web interfaces based on design mockups. β’ Ability to translate high-level requirements into wireframes and interactive prototypes. β’ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and refining software requirements. β’ Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps. β’ Knowledgeable in all phases of development lifecycles and solution delivery for cloud systems.
