- Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be fluent in English and able to effectively communicate with clients
- Reliable internet access and smart phone, computer or laptop
- Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget and recommending travel options accordingly
- Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities, using industry tools and resources
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication, timely follow-ups, and personalized service
- Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and regulations to provide clients with accurate and relevant information
